Like right after you finish downloading the software you will try and start up the new program but most likely it's not working for everone. Dont worry the demo is being overloading at the moment and you cannot get on, just wait till the next day this is what I was told by playstation hotline and just to let you guy's no nothing to worry about the new feature in playstation.
