Trade the game in again ?

Say the game has a fault and you want a refund.

i'd just tell them that it's defective and exchange it for the same title.

rent another copy and if that one works return the one you bought for a new one.

Is there any scatches on the game or is it gleeming ?

No scratches or anything and i'm in the UAE and they don't really exchange or trade games over here.

try deleting ur profile and starting all over i bet this would work
