That depends on the methods of the supplier from whom you are being given the code. I know that GAME for one should email you your code on a monday but as with other providers I don't see any other way possible than by email. Just check on their sites though, it's possible you may need to sign into some codes and redeem it via a function of theirs. If you haven't pre-ordered the game you will not get the beta for nothing although nobody's sure if it will be available ont he PS Store. Tomorrow, check your email, check the site from which you are getting the beta from (if applicable) and check the PS Store.

I got my code from the retailer who I pre-ordered from. So you should too.
