At my EBgames you have to pick up pre-ordered games within 3 days or they will sell them (because there gay).

Why not just walk into your local game store and pre-order it. I'm sure you can get there between now and the the release date. Then you can walk in and pick up on release day (or potentially at midnight release). They just ask for $5 down and the rest of the balance when you pick it up. Although sometimes it's $10 for collector editions.
