Ya, I'm using the same proxy site as you and everyone else. I'm also getting the confirmation emails but not the actual code emails. Like I said, I tried with two accounts and still nothing. Not sure whats going on though.

Ok, the problem I stated earlier is fixed now. I did everything I was supposed to, except I changed the PC version to the PS3 version. Waiting for the 2nd email.
