2. How does the levels thing work? I see people going "go check out my level <level name>", do you like have to download the level or something?
3. Do you have to make your own levels or can you just play other people's levels?
4. How does the whole level making thing work? Do you like choose the items or w/e they're called and put them on the level or what? Someone explain.
Not too important, just wondering.

1. Yes, both. Otherwise it would be pretty annoying if you couldn't play offline.
2. The reason people say "go check out my level <level name>" is because you can search for levels. You don't have to download them.
3. You can play other people's levels without making your own.
4. The level maker is very big. You can do a LOT of things, so explaining this is hard. Basically you have objects you can put down, you can plant materials and paint like a paint brush with them, make your own objects out of materials and use bolts and springs and pistons and motors etc... As well as add fire, electricity and poison gas. There is a LOT more things to do but if i explained it all the list would go on and on. But howver when you start to make your own level, there are a lot of tutorials to help you out.
