Yesterday I bought a 3 month subscription to Playstation Plus, and I downloaded this game for free. I remembered playing the old WipEout on the Playstation and figured it'd be pretty fun. Well I for one was amazed at how much fun I had while playing it.

The graphics of this game with the amazing sounds and voices blew me away! I enjoyed every second I played. The huge selection of vehicles was great and the tracks are pretty fun and detailed. On my 1080p television with a Tritton AX720 headset this game was out of this world. I felt submerged in it! I switched my view to first person while driving and it was the coolest feeling I've ever had playing a video game. Hearing things like "Missle." or "Bomb." When someone was shooting at me or I picked up a power-up felt so real. The many different race modes were cool as well. I really liked the "zone" mode. Where you had to pass different zones while hitting as few walls as possible. The colors are so vibrant it was brilliant! I haven't played a ton of this game yet, but so far I am extremely impressed.

In my opinion you should check this game out if you have a HDTV and a good sound setup. Other then that it's fun but you won't get the amazing experience.

Yes it is. I've already saved about 40$ and the month is not over yet. I still have free stuff to download.

Yeah it's hard, but it is possible and it's satisfying knowing you can beat this game.
If anybody wants to race with me online you can add me, my friends list might be full though.
