heres my list of things that makes someone a noob
1- Glitching in a ranked match
2- Claiming to know something without backing their claim with evidence
3- people past 1st prestige with lower than a .70 k/d ratio
5- people who talk crap to everyone and then are cocky about themselves
6- people who have excuses for every time they lose
7- people who hate losing so much that they would quit something over it
8- Juggernerds in ranked games (Not Gbs)
9- Noob Tubers
10- Scopers who think there is no difference using a bolt ac without a scope
11- campers
12- people who spam messages in pm that want to know something that you already know your not going to give them the answer to
all i can think of right now

The actual meaning noob comes from newbie which therefore only means you are new so it isn't actully an offence

I dont think campers or juggernaut users are noobs
If you use stopping power against someone with juggernat, they cancel each other out, like a non stopping power shooting a non juggernaut, the most used 2nd perk is stopping power, so if you're shooting someone with juggernaut and you are in the majoroty, it should be like a normal fair fight...
You can say the same for people using stopping power, just change the juggernaut for stopping power and vice versa:
If you use juggernaut when getting shot by someone with stopping power, they cancel each other out, like a non stopping power shooting a non juggernaut, the most used 2nd perk is stopping power, so if you're getting shot by someone with stopping power and you are using juggernaut, it should be like a normal fair fight...
It's basically someone with overkill/flak jacket/ anything that doesn't effect your WEAPON's damage/how much damage someone can do to you/how quickly you shoot
AND
Campers are not noobs, if they manage to find a good enough camping spot to, well, camp and get kills, then they are not noobs, YOU are the noobs if you can not kill them before they get a massive streak
COD isn't like an old fashioned war, where one side is on one side of a field, the other on the other side, and they all charge and shoot each other, it's more like a modern day 'war', just set in WW2 (lol i contradict my self, but ww2 wasn't fought in the battle fields)... so if you're being old fashioned and charging in screaming, guns blazing like a viking, and someone who is tactical and in a dark corner with a silenced Type 100, you're the noob, not them
