heres my list of things that makes someone a noob
1- Glitching in a ranked match
2- Claiming to know something without backing their claim with evidence
3- people past 1st prestige with lower than a .70 k/d ratio
5- people who talk crap to everyone and then are cocky about themselves
6- people who have excuses for every time they lose
7- people who hate losing so much that they would quit something over it
8- Juggernerds in ranked games (Not Gbs)
9- Noob Tubers
10- Scopers who think there is no difference using a bolt ac without a scope
11- campers
12- people who spam messages in pm that want to know something that you already know your not going to give them the answer to
all i can think of right now

i think noobs are people who sit there and dont play ranked games at all and do private matches playing gay games with each other.....no scope on a bolt action is....tuduh a no scope! lol...i dont mind noobtubes as long as they arent random and shoot across the map...i use it but i shoot it at people who are in front of me not across the map randomly
