MW2 ain't easy, but there are plenty easy plats (got a bunch myself), check out ps3 trophies website, like ps3trophies.org, it has a complete list of games ranked from easiest to hardest platinum

Start a game in Headshot/Time Attack/ Combat Mode on Killer or whatever difficulty is required for the needed trophy and make it to the first checkpoint. Right after you catch the guys breaking into your room. As soon as the checkpoint saves quit out, go to Act select go to the final level for Catch me if you can, Dr. Lobotomy, and Butcher would be proud.

Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection, Alone in the Dark, Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs, Cars Race-O-Rama, Last Rebellion, Fritz Chess. All doable in -10 hours. Though personally I wouldn't touch those games except Sonic's which I have for all the sonic games.
