Lol I remember when this happened to me.. I had to call Sony and see what was up.. I dealt with 3 stupid Sony employees, One which hung up on me. Then I finally got to speak with a manager who cut my ban down from 3 months to 1 month.

My friends have gotten that message when they got banned, both times were permanent. One person got a system and account ban, the other one only got his system banned. Have someone try logging in on another system, and try logging into another PSN on the one you've got.
