they are 2 different companies , they do what they want if they want to sell the codes or not and is Limited which limited amount of people can get it.

And the question about getting my hands on a new code...
I made it simply and bought the whole game instead. A new limited edition, I got it for cheaper price then just the code. On ebay they take 80$ just for the code. So for half I get the game aswell (has two now but hey...can always sell one and get some back)
