I have posted a few steps to make sure your PSN stays safe when handing over to someone to do a prestige hack on your account.
1) Make sure your PSN password is different to your EMAIL password. This way people can't gain access to your email.
2) Change your password before handing over your PSN details to ensure you can use your favourite password after the prestige hack.
3) Check the user looks trustworthy, check to see if they have a good post count and good reputation. If in doubt of a user, don't tell them your details.
4) Delete BANK details from your Wallet/PSN Store. This will ensure they don't buy games on your PSN and use your bank details for such purposes.
5) Don't reveal your recovery password. No one need's to know this, except you!
6) Try to get proof of any transaction if you have paid.
So, remember, if it looks too good to be true, it usually is.
