sorry sony, if you continue like this, you will never have more sales than Microsoft.
You see firmwares, firmwares, and more firmwares, adding stupid stuff, and never add the features that millions of user want, but features that maybe 1 or 2 people will like, or that nobody is requesting it? seriously?
This is why the other competitors are and will be always on top, why? because they give what the fans want, and is needed, and can be useful
I saw that the next firmware is about to have a new feature for the PS store of 'what you might like'

Most requested features:
* Cross game chat (ability to chat no matter what game you're playing)
* PS Button – Auto Read Message Upon Notification (be able to press the PS button while the notification is showing to go straight to the message.)
* Auto-Syncing Trophies (no time waitig to see your trophies)
* Ability to change your username (so that you don't lose your trophies and all your status etc.)
* In game play music (ability to play any of your music in any game)
* In-Game XMB Customization (Faster Loading)
* Appear offline
* Currently watching... (for playback/movies and all the things)
* Record and upload to youtube for all games (since only a few games support that features, it will give you a huge advantage if you put this features all games, and now with Edit and Uploader program that came with v3.40)

And more... just reminding you Sony, because it seems you don't really care about what we want? do you?

WE WANT TO SEE THOSE FEATURES,
Why wait more than 3 years, and you guys (Sony) can't even put those things? it could give a lot of advantage so what's wrong about putting it? Why always with a firmware there is nothing we want or expect, things that are really useless for us, compared to the things that we really need or want?

I want to see big improvements, a reason for 'firmwares' in every firmware, not just add a little option for a text (like v3.30 etc...), and that that was the whole firmware about, and I want to see features that we are requesting, not features no one need. It seems the "Share ideas" is there for nothing. Two years that the other competitors have had most of these features, and not even now you can put, it seems like the platform is going counter clockwise

Those are pretty great requested features.

Microsoft is only better cause it offers those features, psn is free so enjoy it while it lasts because any money if they did those things it would use more server usage and means we would have to pay.

Cool... u know, i was a fanboy like you for sony, for everything excuses, but yeah it seems Sony doesnt care about us, and they release the worst firmwares I have ever seen.

But i will give you a short answer to your response.

Really? then why do they keep releasing firmwares with new features, but features we don't even care about, instead of replacing it with what we need?

lol and the "server" thing doesnt make sense, i mean if they allow corss game chat more space for their servers? why it is in my console, same for music, it will be my music, now if you talk about PlayStation store, thats stored on their servers.

What if i tell you u paid $50 for PS+? which means it is the same as xbox?

I'll admit it, in performance sony is the best, but in features Microsoft. Now does Microsoft do? if there is cool feature that other platform has they instantly add it, if the customers really want something (or a cool idea) they add it. Now what does Sony do? if they don't care about it, they just add their own features, not what we want or really need

PS3 is already outselling Xbox.

I don't like Sony but stuff that you are demanding isn't coded overnight and needs extensive testing.
