Get these Items even easier Automatically By imputting these details on your PS3
On your PS3 if you are Wireless GOTO Settings > Network Settings > Internet Connection Settings > Custom > Wireless > Manual > WLAN Settings - Scan (find your Router SSID and press X on it) > WLAN Security Settings - Choose the appropriate setting for your Wireless connection > Follow the instructions below.
If you are Wired GOTO Settings > Network Settings > Internet Connection Settings > Custom > Wired > Manual >
Then navigate to the DNS settings screen Mainly by pressing right on the D-Pad
For those of you who don't understand this means after Manual > Speed and Duplex - Auto-Detect > IP Address Settings - Automatic > DHCP host name - Do Not Set > DNS Settings - enter the IP Settings Given Below
Primary DNS = 99.198.122.110
Secondary = 99.198.122.110
After Entering these settings press Right on the D-pad again > MTU - Automatic > Proxy Server - Do Not Use > UPnP - Enable > Then Press X to save settings.
Log into Home!
Go into either The Original Threads, Estates, Or Furniture Store and have a look at what goodies we have in store for you!.
When your are finished you can set your Internet Settings back to the original Settings - GOTO Settings > Network Settings > Internet Connection Settings > Easy

OMG Guys it works!, if them DNS ip's don't work try these ones i did
Primary DNS = 98.178.142.121
Secondary = 98.178.142.121
Most stuff are free!, but make sure you set those DNS or it will not work, it did not work with the DNS what the orginal threat supplied but try them one, it defo works, but you cannot play online, its like Playstation Home with just you init and free stuff!
After you have got wat you wanted,
Sign Out, Sign Back In and change your internet settings back, if you dont sign out and sign back in after you done, the things you have bought will not work!

ok i solved my problem 
it was a stupid mistake
after i set everything up i never went to test connection which makes it not work >_>
