Theres actually an easier way, me and my cousin tried it and it worked, all you have to do is

Hold the button to get the disc out, then switch the ps3 on from the back, it will do a fan check and thats what you will hear.. the game comes out as soon as you switch it on..

Then either, let it complete the fan check or switch it back of which we did

But Very good tutorial incase nothing else works
