(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); some kid wants to trade accounts and it has really good DLC so we swapped and I went to download the stuff and it sadi "5 people already activated". It was a fake optic account that I made for kicks so it doesn't mean anything so what does he have to do to let me get onto it and download shit?

If you traded an account for an account that has all 5 gamesharing slots taken up, you got screwed on your end of the deal.

Only way is if they delete the user from their system, then you should have one open slot.

Some people say you can call Sony and say you had an account on your old ps3 which broke, and when you sent it to Sony to have the system replaced the user was still on the system and they'll reset it. I don't know how true these claims are, but it's worth a shot I suppose.

If you got the account from someone on NGU I'd file a dispute with the user or speak to a mod about the situation. I'd recommend speaking with Garf, he's great.

You could ask the specific user to tell his friends to deactivate the account on their PS3s.
