I've got my account suspended twice. What error do you get when you try to sign on. The only real thing to do is call Sony (didn't work for me I was told to call the Eu Sony and didn't want to make long distance call) I think I got suspended for gamesharing. The first ban of mine was only for 2 days but the next was for 10 so I'd just wait it out, it's not terribly long.

We need the error message that pops up so we can verify that you're actually suspended.
