For a start you have arcade machines in one area where you unlock clothes and stuff, they could add trophies here. They could also add trophies for your house like... place 20 DIFFERENT items down in your home, etc etc.

If Playstation Home had trophies that were updated every few weeks/months I would use it alot more but it provides no reason not to play games, therefore, dare I say it, Playstation Home is a bit of a let down. Great adaptation of PSN overall
