EMI Music has teamed up with Sony Computer Entertainment Europe to make their back catalogue and new releases available to view on Playstation 3’s free music streaming service VidZone.

The agreement brings artists including Coldplay, Katy Perry, Kylie Minogue, Iron Maiden, David Guetta, David Bowie, Chemical Brothers and Daft Punk to the console which hosts around 25,000 videos.

EMI Music’s vice president digital business development Ian Whitfield, says “VidZone have developed a great service for fans to enjoy their favourite music videos and engage with the artists behind them. We are very pleased to bring our artists to VidZone and look forward to developing new artist TV channels with them."

Still no Vid Zone announcement for the US though huh? I have it on my PS3, just doesn't work here in the States. What's the UK going to want with American Music?
