So I'm letting it sit right now for a while, I'll try turning it back on at around 9:30 or so, but if it really is fried, then I may be going for an Xbox 360... All of my friends have one, and I have long been wanting one since it seems to get all the best things first, and has better features.

I don't know though, I'll have to see what happens with my PS3, and then look into both of my options. But this may be goodbye to my PS3 It's a sad day, I've had a PS3 since about 2 months after it came out, and have been a Sony fan since the PS1 days. It's sad to think I may be going to Xbox.

Personally, the only, I mean ONLY upside to xbox is that more people (students) have it because the xbox came out first. PS3 is better in every other aspect if you think about it. If the PS3 came out earlier than xbox, Microsoft would be in some serious sh1t.

ps3 = more money better graphics has blue ray non able to play burnt games
360 = cheap good graphics pay for online play burnt games if flashed mic cheaper.

im gonna chime in with my two cents i have both consoles and i play them both im playing my ps3 more now though because im jobless and broke so no xbl gold the psn is free and free to play with other people so props there in my mind though the 360 is somewhat better for the simple fact that it has more exclusive games than the ps3 does but if im to be brutally honest with myself and the ngu community im seriously considering staying on xbl silver playing the few games i have left for my 360 and focusing on getting games for my ps3 i think dude you should go with what you want if you wanna game with your friends then by all means go for the 360 but if you want a better quality gaming console id stick with the ps3

I had a 360 for awhile, and then I got banned for... Well, I got banned. I bought a PS3, and personally, I prefer the PS3. But I'm not gonna lie and say that I don't give a damn about the 360's exclusive games and features. In fact I'm kinda jealous of the 360's new stuff... Month early for all CoD DLC, Halo Reach, I'm even missing Halo 3...

But in general the PS3 community seems to be more mature than the 360 community. It makes sense too, 360 is the cheaper console, so more kids have it.

But if all of your friends have a 360, I would probably go out and get a 360 instead of another PS3, because who wants to be alone?
