This is exactly what’s happening to PSJailbreak who claim to have been able to circumvent the PS3’s protection to allow you to play pirated games on any of their systems with a simple USB stick.
However now the insanely intelligent Chinese have gotten their hands on one and reverse engineered it and are now able to sell it at a far lower price so PSJailbreak have sent out the above header image…
As you know we hate piracy here at Lazygamer so this is a weird first where I get to say that I hope this software becomes public knowledge in lightning quick time. Because as soon as that happens someone will share with Sony how to disable it and all of PSJailbreak’s investment will be lost and that would make me happy.

This is nothing new, people have been making knockoff's of knockoff's ....lol for years so why should this be any different. I could see how it would piss them off though seeing as you spent time & money in researching & developing this but again it won't be the last time this happens. Either way I'm sure is they slap some kind of warranty or guarantee on there JAILBREAK like if it doesn't work or blah blah u get your money back they will out sell the imitations.

They did spend 2 years on the development, they bought a jig from a sony employee and replicated it and then slapped on a massive price tag

psjailbreak came up this dongle thing by a leak of someone inside sony.. sold them the jigstick(which sony use it for to repair ps3) don't you think that inside sony connection will sell the jigstick to anyone who got the $$$$$$$$... if psjailbreak didn't set the price that high...trying to make too much money. people will still buy from them... but now you are talking 100 us dollar difference... what do you guys thing is going to happen!!!!
