If you like single player games, your first and foremost purchase should be Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. Every PS3 owner should play that game.

Other games I would recommend are GTA IV, Red Dead Redemption, Metal Gear Solid 4 and God of War III. LittleBigPlanet 2 will be released fairly soon, but I would still recommend LittleBigPlanet, as it should be quite cheap to purchase now.
