It means they know exactly what content to PS4 will not be distributed exclusively digitally, but what kind of disc format will elect Sony for its new console?
In the latest edition of GameInformer there is a rumor that Sony preparing a new format that will succeed Blu-ray. Standard disk capacity of the new format will be 6 TB And this should be enough to head for all kinds of content (including 3D) In the format 1080p and uncompressed audio. In addition, the space can be used to implement an advanced security system, which necessarily have to shower game publishers and movie studios.

something that super-exceeds a blu-ray disc? woah that's insane, it holds 25 gigs and they are planning to go with something as as much as 6TB...holy crap 6 terabytes? omg:wtf: that's an insane amount of info for a game, well i understand all the new contents, like 3D, true HD and audio, but damn that's a lot of space and i bet the price of the games are going to skyrocket because of the new disc they are going to use. the ps3 was pretty secure the way it was but guess with a lot more space they can improve the security on the games and make it virtually impossible to hack or any kind of modding. whew, this is going to be an interesting ride with Sony as the years come. but thanks for the info though, gotta keep us updated with this one. -bows-
