This video was released months ago, so if it was actually a leaked PS4 video, you would have heard about it back then. As previously stated, it's merely an advertisement for 3D gaming on the PS3.

SONY would not advertise PS4 with a MW2 Main Menu Screen as it would be impossible to implement 3D into a game that would be 4 years old by the time PS4 is released. This looks like it's a combination of the a 3D TV along with the implementation of 3D onto PS3 and maybe the new Sony HEADSETS telling us all you need is SONY for your gaming needs...LOL
