i started the clan and gave it up, i am certainly not the best. but im not bad either. we give the leadership positions to whoever we deem capable of maintaining them and using their privileges to help strengthen our clan. If it matters by the clan leaders skill then i believe the clan is only as good as there leader, which isnt fair if you come across a great player whose better.

The point is if you know what your doing, you can most likely help out with something.
