OK, so the left analog stick on all my controllers gets worn from friction with the ring in the plastic housing. There seems to be a seam in the plastic molding process used to make the controller. It lies directly on the edge of the ring of the analog sticks where if a player like myself presses firmer than needed when rocking the left analog up tends to accelerate wear. This becomes a problem when the analog stick "sticks" on the worn notch in the shaft onto the top part of the ring, resulting in less than ideal playing conditions.
I know this isn't a prob. with everyone, but some of you feel my pain.
Are there any better made controllers put there without the cheap seam that seems to wear out so many controllers? If you have and similar experiences or advice, please share.
Also if you are a lawyer and will be willing to defer payment until settlement, please pm me, thanx.
May I ask how old your remote is? mine did the same thing.. but I've had it since the ps3's release month.. and it's seen a-lot of abuse!
