as already stated only if the Warranty Sticker is there and looks like it hasn't been tampered with. About a month ago I came across a guy in Japan or China on ebay that was selling WARRANTY stickers for like $10 I should have watched the Item for future purpose but I didn't and I can't find him now but if I do I will let you know.
