I had taken my ps3 apart (i have many times) to fix ylod and this tim ei did no video will be displayed on the tv? What could have happend as I put the ps3 back together? what can I do to fix?

I had taken my PS3 apart to fix YLOD (I'm sure you're familiar with this process) And when I put it back together and there is no longer any video output shown on the TV. Just wondering what would cause this to happen and what measures can be taken to possibly restore my PS3 to a working state.
