Iv tried some screw drivers, rubberband trick, and also needlenosed pilers(but they can only grab on vertically so its harder to turn it). I need to get this out so you guys have any ideas

So you haven't tried using a drill bit? Just get a drill bit the same size as the head of the screw and go in reverse. It'll probably come out.

drilling it out may damage your ps3 but its your only bet if you cant turn it with pliers

As stated above try a drill bit, But also it could damager your PS3 so be gentle...
