CHANGES:
v2.0 Added Icons.
v2.1 Changed some things in XML file.
v2.2: Added 2nd background.
v2.2.1 Added 3rd background.
v2.2.2 Added 4th background.
v2.2.3 Added 5th background.
v2.3 Added SD support for all backgrounds (yay =D). Also customized the notification box.
v2.4 Added different cursors.
If you have any requests (eg. take out the icons or add this background), just let me know with a PM, VM or post in this thread and i'll get right onto it free of charge

Make a folder on your USB called PS3 and inside that make a folder called THEME and place the theme file in that folder. Go onto your ps3 and goto settings>theme>select theme>install
and it should be there
