CHANGES:
v2.0 Added Icons.
v2.1 Changed some things in XML file.
v2.2: Added 2nd background.
v2.2.1 Added 3rd background.
v2.2.2 Added 4th background.
v2.2.3 Added 5th background.
v2.3 Added SD support for all backgrounds (yay =D). Also customized the notification box.
v2.4 Added different cursors.
If you have any requests (eg. take out the icons or add this background), just let me know with a PM, VM or post in this thread and i'll get right onto it free of charge

I'll do some now, but i highly doubt they won't be as awesome as Helios's.
we need to just get all the gfx pros to get on this...i believe with theme builder u can add up to 12 themes. anyone who wanted in could make there own contribution(of course having to do with ngu) and we could make this thing be the shit! :O
