(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I hadn't heard to much about this game until E3, however it does look good but from this video oddly to familiar to some levels in MW2 see for yourself and draw your own conclusions, Also this is set to release you guessed it FEB 2011 this release date might hurt them in my opinion. :bro:

Info on the game: it takes place in 2027 and North Korea has invaded the U.S. and it's about defending the YOU GUESSED IT "HOMEFRONT"

New INFO 01-14-2011 Major Nelson has announced that THQ has confirmed that the DLC WILL BE EXCLUSIVE TO XBOX FIRST. [/B]"The 360 will have all new content first, as well as an exclusive map called Suburbs. No word was mentioned about what might be included in the DLC or how much it will cost". There will also be a new MP PREVIEW JANUARY 21st.

**New Video December 5th**

nice find mate. The game looks decent enough, but as you said in the OP the release date will do it no favours what so ever. I know for a fact that I will be all FPS'd out with crysis 2 and KZ which I have on pre-order

Your right, I mean look at all the good games coming out in the same genre. COD B.O., Crysis 2, Brink, KZ, SOCOM 4 and add this to the mix I don't know if it will survive they might be sending this game in to it's doom.

Yeah mate I 100% agree. OK so a company will think highly of their own work - thats only natural, but surely they know its not good business to release the game during that period. They should really hold off a few months to at least let the buzz of the other games (i.e., socom, KZ, crysis etc etc) die down, other wise the game (which does look fun and has some nice features) will end up bargain bin material

Yep, that's also why I wanted "BRINK" to keep there original release day now they pushed it back to 02-01-11 and I am excited for this game as it looks like an original concept but that release day might hurt it too. Lets hope it turns out like Borderlands where they had low expectations for it and it sold a ton.
