Ring back I rang to reset a password the first guy i got onto was to lazy to do anything so he said we are not responsible blah blah make a new account, so i rang back, got a different guy and in 5minutes i got my account back

Ok man i asked sony so many times, say that your ps3 messed up and you had to restore the drive, tell them, this happen a few times and you never knew that you only had 5 Activations on your ps3. They will give you 5 new Activations.
