you might be able to sell it for more considering lots of people have upgraded firmwares. But keep in mind that if you go buy a new one at the store it will have 3.41 or earlier

^^^^ He has a point, if you buy one at a store it will more than likely come with FW 3.21. So if you want to get ride of it quick I'd say $250 is fair because of the HD size.
