I guess the only option is to play through the single player on hard again, try deleting the save data too.

i got this Problem too, i called Sony and they looked at my Trophys (I have all Frontline Trophys without Platinum) then they Aggreed me and then they "Activated" my Trophy, so call Sony not EA

I was trying to find glitches or something so I wouldn't have to spend four days playing this game to PLAT it. AND, I saw that there is a glitch that you won't get a trophy if you don't restart the game and beat it on hard. That is, even if you beat it on hard the first time, you have to go back through it again on hard.

Yeah, you don't get the Hard Playthrough trophy if you didn't start a new game, you probably used mission select to replay each level on Hard.. Calling Sony won't do alot of good.. Since they don't know if you're telling the truth.. The other guy had ALL trophies and no Platinum, this is a glitch that Sony is responsible of, not EA, so obviously they fixed it, takes 5 minutes to check a players trophies.. EA and a part of Ubisoft have the worst customer support, with the EndWar trophy Dog Of War i've spent months getting the requirements, no trophy, i contact Ubisoft, lol what do they say? Do it again and then contact us..

LMAO! If they don't believe me now why would they believe me if I retried and contacted them 5 months later??? Sony should monitor these game developers more often.. They make half-finished games, get it in the stores fast, then it's full of glitches and bugs, trophies won't pop and then they start fixing the problems with patches.. (This is EA, they always do this, with EVERY game!) I understand a game has to be there at a specific date (Christmas, Halloween, Easter, Summer, etc..) to boost the sales numbers, but then you don't release an unfinished product, you haul ass to get that shit finished!

Yeah this is a problem for some games with trophies, just delete the save data and try again. Good luck.
