Be careful when you get games before release date because i once got halo3 two weeks before it came out and my XBL got banned on ps3 i dont know if they monitor stuff that is not first party games but i would imagine if you play killzone you could get a temp ban or something. Awesome none the less though.

im gonna wait it out for killzone 2 and pass up on sf4...it doesnt look fun

Why would you get banned though? I mean, if Microsoft or Sony took action for early released games, then they would've contacted the store(s) that sold the games. Banning people who bought the games would solve nothing.
