Just make some longshot Headshots from Attackers Base on Helmand...(3rd Target) then u get ~100 Point for one Headshots (My best Headshot was 234 Points)

Its not to difficult just a bit of luck that you dont get sniped from somone really
I normaly go as a sniper and pick people off that run past sometimes use the defensive streaks if im felling cowardly and dont want to get shot because they give you points anyways but watch out for the 3rd streak I think it is because it a controled missle and iv been killed a few times using it becasue your left out in the open untill it hits

Sniper is definitely the best way to acquire a good killstreak. Find yourself a nice spot high up, or somewhere most people wouldn't expect you to be.

Play combat mission and use a class with the bolt action sniper, HP scope, regular barrel and open tip ammo.
Make sure you are on the attacking side and find a nice little spot to camp from, use all the defensive killstreaks as they will more likely give you more points than you would get from the offensive ones.
