The input leads in it are as follows:
S-Video
Standard TV Aerial Socket
LAN
And some USBs
And If I could do it with those leads how would I make the computer use that Input since Its a All-In-One so I can't just plug it straight into the monitor.

you may be able to use the video settings with a cable that has the white red and yellow on it with a usb plug but what exactly are you trying to do get it to look at or controll something and i have almost the exact same computer so that helps
