I was sitting here thinking the same thing, when I came across this thread lol.

A better "XMB" would be amazing. What we have now is boring, takes forever to load when you're in a game trying to check messages.

The playstation store could just be a page on the dashboard instead of having to load an application to view the store, etc.

The only thing separating PS3 is the Party Chat :bro:

a lot of people have said they cant switch because they couldn't handle not having party chat (from 360)

cross game chat would be really nice.

Would love a new XMB/Dashboard like the ones that have been created over on the official PlayStation forums.

The XMB is great to use but it just seems dull and a bit boring.

The biggest thing for me is not being able to change my name. I made a terrible one when I first got my PS3 100000 years ago and I hate it. Also, trophies are useless? Either take them away or make them do something...
