(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); before i start id just like to say i am not going to post any vids or any tuts on how to get the patch blockers/ proxy's as theres to many on this forum as it is. simple yet effective bug in the game..


1. delete the patch from your ps3

2. get a patch blocker such as Anon proxy or u can do the RFOM patch bypass.

3.download the game data again.. takes around 15 mins depending on your internet speed.

4.load up a gamesave

5. fast travel to primm, makesure youve done the quest for prim and that the NCR bandits have been and gone. go to the cashier, buy as many chips as you can,then click ' i want to trade my chips in' then select caps as the payment. this never goes away so keep clicking i want to trade my chips in... it wont take any chips from you so u can continuously do this for as long as u want. i have 2mill caps 50k chips to make it faster.

6. save and quit the game.

7. disable the proxy so your back to normal and ent using a proxy.

8. reload new vegas and install the patch.

9. load the game save again and youve just gotas many caps as you want .

works as of 31/Oct/2010 at 19:31 Uk time.
Will not work unless you delete the patch and use a patch blocker or proxy.

This works really good. I have several friends who do this for there caps :y:. I personally, have the game on PC and can generate as many caps as I want through the in game console .

does this still work?

thats nice has any1 found a xp glitch yet? i dont mean to sound picky just curious
