You can only download the demo from Japan store. Most of the text in-game is in japanese, but if you're a Yakuza fan, you're in for a treat. The demo is pretty long and the size is 1256 MB. I recommend for anyone who has a Japanese account to try this game out.

Are you downloading anything in the background? I had the same problem, what I did was cancel the Afro Samurai demo I had downloading in the background and then it worked.
