I want to know why there is so much hate between X Box 360 owners and Playstation 3 owners.

Me and my friend where having this exact argument on MSN, and we exhausted all the reasons why our consoles of choice where better than each others.

But in the end I came to this conclusion:

Ps3 and 360 both have their pros and cons, and everyones opinions are
different. Agreed?
So no matter how much people argue, we are never going to agree on something we cant decide on, this is because everyone has their own views on both consoles, and it depends on what they prefer.

If people wanted one console which can do everything they wouldnt keep bringing out new ones designed by different people. (Some people like change).
It just depends on what people are looking for and how the designers can cater for our needs, in this case Microsoft & Sony.

I would like anyone and everyone to reply and voice your opinions on this thread and my conclusion.
I don't want this to become a hate thread where people just come and slag off the other console, because that is exactly what we don't need!

If everyone just played the games and enjoyed it, instead of arguing all the while it would be much more enjoyable.

lol its obvious ur not goin to say ur own console is crap when u just payed like £300 for it.

Everybody think there cponsole is like the ultimate console, just like veryone thinks cooler. Its a macho thing.

Some people say that 360 quality is better than the PS3. I personaly think its a joke, i have a 360 and a PS3 on the same Tv with Call of Duty world at war and when i come off my 360 onto my PS3 its much better, its lighter, its clearer and you can see people online but on 360 people can camp in bushes and in a corner of a room and still not be seen.

Im sorry but i think PS3 and 360 have their advantages but i think the over all winner is the PS3.

Buster you have totally missed the point. I haven't said that the ps3 is better than the 360 I agreed they are both equal, and it depends on what you are looking for in a console.

dude xbox and playstation are like the yankees and red sox or gonza and the jews, they hate each other period. everyone has their own opinion.

lol yea youve got a point opec. ill be the bigger man and say the 360 has stuff i would like on the ps3. Like party chat and the rt TRIGGER for shooting, its liek your actually pulling a trigger of a gun. But yea, thas bout it lol.
