After a long phone call with Sony I ended up having to completely restart my PS3 to factory settings. I had a Flash Drive and I never took the time to back up all my game saves on my PS3. I did two games as a test and that's it. So I recommend that if you have a Flash Drive drive go back up your game saves NOW. If you don't have one, go buy one! I got a 4gb Flash Drive for only $12 (USD). I hope this thread helps and you take this advice into consideration.

Yea man that's too bad. I back mine up onto a Flash Drive as well but i've never had this problem. Were you able to download them again? Or did sony refund?

No I lost everything except my PSN account along with the trophies on that.

They should refund and give you everything back. Did you call and complain? You could just come play Xbox with me...:bro:

No I had to reset my PS3. They saved me $120 so I wouldn't have to buy a new one. And, I will NEVER leave PS3, lol.

yh everyone u should back it up im a bit too late my PS3 F***** up like a week ago culdnt turn it on then i figured out bcause i have 2 hardrives i kept on switching them so it said do u want t forma i chose yes it deleted everything so it works now but i lost EVERYTHING
