Quick text tutorial:

1. Create your own custom level, and make sure you putting an electrocuting object in.
2. Play it on your own, and jump into it. Press pause when your character is being shocked so that he glows.
3. Turn off your controller by holding the PS button.
4. Wait for the message to appear, then turn your controller back on.
5. You will respawn with a glowing skeleton on you! Save your costume!

I'm glad you all know this glitch, we just thought we'd produce it in video form. All the other ones we have come across are extremely bad quality, or not very well explained.
