1st you need to get the keys to the home ( disarm the atom bomb ) then you need to go to "crater side supplies" go in and ask "do you have some thing for my home" or something along that line you then go to the inventory and you will have a choice of theams iteams and other EG my 1st work bench for all of them you will need about 5000 caps not that much mabey you shoud go hit some sellers if your down for cash
