But what if it was possible to create a hack or something that connected to the ps3 as an ftp server, allowing you to hack the ps3.


Call me stupid, but it just came to me, and i havnt seen anyone attempt doing that, since the psp is fully hackable

Stupid or just plain genius?

Im not much of a hacker but when i found out the way to hack mw2. Eberybody doing loads of stuff when it was simple really. Give it a go thats what i say!

Problem is getting the PS3 to run code JB can do this because it uses something which sony put in to repair PS3s.
Unsure a simple server thing like your saying would work it could do. However i doubt it....

Why would you need another method if the jb is just fine?

HA! really simple! The only reason why it was so simple was because most of the work was done for you. You didn't have to right the code on the USB or figure out what kind of USB device you needed for it to work. They did all the work, that's the only reason why it's so simple.

It could work then again its just a THEORY but it could work xD

As i did say i know very little about hacking. Sorry!....

Could be possible. But I'm sure it would require some time & effort to get that running

Does the problem not come when we have to resign the PUPs with the master key which noone yet knows how to do?
