Infinity Ward took to the NeoGAF message boards to debunk the list.

"People. This list is fake," posted Infinity Ward programmer Rayme "Rayme" Vinson. "I mean; I can't get into how-much-if-any is true, how much is false, etc (there's a reason why companies "don't comment on rumors"... it would NEVER F***ING END), but this list wasn't put together by anyone with any insider information. There's also some craziness that should red-flag this as "stuff I made up and wrote down" (like grass camo for snipers... that's straight out of CoD4 MP)."

Vinson was backed up by studio community manager Robert "fourtwozero" Bowling.

"I preferred when rumors were ground breaking, like when we were making that Sci-fi Stealth Assassin game in space," joked Bowling.

The proposed list still exists, however, and since Infinity Ward isn't willing to spill all the beans on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 yet, there's every chance something on the list is true. Do you have any wishes?

Yeah, when there is a game that is as big as this there will always be rumors.

And to answer the question the guy with the weird signs said, there is a chance that can be put into the game. There is a chance that you'll be able to dance in MP games, we won't be sure unless it is announced

dude to be honest i couldnt care less about the name, i liked and will always like the CoD franchise(no matter who makes it). but there is no whey the would silience snipers unless its for the highest ranking level. it would **** up the multiplayer and is totally unfair. snipers are some of the most powerful guns in the game...making them silenced would give you power and an unfair advantage not being able to see anyone on the radar. i just hope they make it as fun and addicting as the other CoD's.

and ps can everyone quit being a IW fanboy?
