*Rocket Guns/Huge Impact Gun (Inc bigger muzzle flare)
AK47 - Rockets_____Mini-Uzi - Rockets_____Deagle - Impact
*MP5 & Micro uzi sparkle when shooting (electric sparks effects on gun)
*MP5 shoot's grenade's that explode like molotov's (bullet's look like grenade's & on impact explode like a molotov)
*Super punch/kick (kick cars away from you)
*Neg force sniper (pull's cars towards you ?!?! for lulz)
*Massive explosive grenades
*Different colored explosions: Red, Blue Green, Purple, Pink and Turquoise.
*Loads of cool colors
*Modded head/tail lights (4.25)
*Green rain
*Bloody Footprints.
*Planes are no longer on the runway, and their flight line is LOWER and through the middle of the city.
*Super fast cars, awesome handling.
*Drift cars: Banshee, Futo, Taxi (Cars), Coquette, Dukes and for some reason the Trashmaster
*Different coloured HUD/Weapon Icons
*Lowered suspension on Bobcat/Sultan RS/Dukes/PMP 600/FBI Buffalo
*Flying Airport Vehicles.
*Tank bikes (you won`t fall off if you hit another vehicle)
*Red water (Replace ps3.rpf)
AK47 - Rockets_____Mini-Uzi - Rockets_____Deagle - Impact
*MP5 & Micro uzi sparkle when shooting (electric sparks effects on gun)
*MP5 shoot's grenade's that explode like molotov's (bullet's look like grenade's & on impact explode like a molotov)
*Super punch/kick (kick cars away from you)
*Neg force sniper (pull's cars towards you ?!?! for lulz)

Replace this PS3.rpf in the same location as the common, it's right underneath where you replace the common.rpf. Simple.

I would suggest using Rogero's backup manager as it tells you you have a corrupted eboot and asks if it wants to fix it

ok i got both gta working and mods.
this is what used:
-ps3 @ 3.55 kmeaw
-multiman 1.13.1
-gta iv disc
-another ps3 game disc
-FileZilla (or any program like dis)
^^once u have all above^^
1.start ps3 den put in gta.
2.go multiman den copy game to internal hdd (or w/e can hold 10.5 gb)
3.once finished press x.
4.den u should be still on multiman.
5.open FileZilla on pc, connect pc to ps3
6.go /dev_hdd0/GAMES/BLUS30127/PS3_GAME/USRDIR
7.overwrite common.prf and ps3.rpf (optional) with modded common.prf and ps3.rpf (optional).
8.go back to ps3 and remove gta iv disc and put in something else other than gta iv (example i put in black ops)
9.now press x to run gta iv in multiman
10.press no and u should return to xmb.
11.now when u retuen to xmb the cd on the xmb will start as gta iv. but dont start it yet.
9.go network settings and disable connection.
12.start gta iv from disc.
13.it should start and skip the patch and get the "installing data to hard drive disk".
after all dat it should load up ur last saved game with mods.
oh yeeeeee.
