Maybe you can try to play with your system setting, but if you are playing online with a PSN account that isnt in you're area I think this cannot be helped.

You could always create a new profile and make a PSN account in your region, then activate your UK one in the new one so you have access to game you have bought on your other account

lol it tells your location by using your ip adress, not console settings. get a new isp theres a solution
